Description

Create a Grafana dashboard to report status for all nodes in the cluster. Potential use cases include identifying:

• Datanodes which have not yet registered with SCM
• Health and operational states of datanodes
• Datanodes which are pipeline leaders
• Datanode pipeline membership
• SCMs which have not left safemode
• OM and SCM leaders
   
  If any metrics required do not yet exist, it would be good to add them.
