Description

OM state machine used to terminate OM service when any exception is observed for request.

As part of this, it can define which operation are non-critical and hence can be discarded on exception occurred for that operation.

This can happen when some of experimental feature OR some bug in those existing feature are present. This is to avoid production downtime and continue normal operation.
