Description

Currently, if a datanode is a part of 3 node Ratis pipeline, it cannot participate in a single node Ratis pipeline. This Jira aims to enable datanodes to become part of a a 3 node Ratis pipeline as well as single node Ratis pipeline. This is the first step in introducing multiRaft in Ozone.
