Description

Doing "ant test" ends in:

[checkstyle] /Users/gates/src/hcat/branches/0.5/549/branch-0.5/build-support/checkstyle/apache_header_java.txt:12: Line does not match expected header line of '^\W*Unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing,$'.

BUILD FAILED

We need to add this file to the excludes list.
