Description

Currently, hcatalog has a bug/design issue that only properties from TBLPROPERTIES that start with word "hcat." are passed down to storage driver interface.
This puts a major limitation on supporting SequenceFileFormat and TextFileFormat in hive using HCatalog (driver's need these properties to initialize serdes).
