• IVY-1320 - Retrieve task automatically decompresses tar.gz files, but doesn't remove gz suffix

HCatalog currently uses Ivy 2.2.0 which has a bug thats triggered by the Hive build. Hive has downgraded to 2.1.0 which has the fix, and HCatalog should too.

I get this issue when building locally, and suspect its why the Jenkins build has failed:
