Description

Currently, the map job does not report any progress. It goes directly from 0 to 100% at the end. The JIRA is implement the getProgress() for TableRecordReaderImpl.

A few approximations that can be made:
1. The rows within the range of a given mapper are evenly distributed. This will help in the approximation.
