Flag in the mutations to indicate asynchronous write to WAL

    Description

      Today the mutation APIs accepts a flag that indicates whether to skip the WAL or not. As discussed in HBASE-5930, it'd be good to have an option to do asynchronous write to WAL if the user so desired.
