• bulk-loading.xml
  Deprecated stand-alone HTML page that contained bulk-loading docs. Left the page in the repo for backward compatibility since so many people have linked to it over the years, but points to new Arch section.

• book.xml
  Added new Arch section for bulk loading

• ops_mgt.xml
  Significantly expanded documentation on ImportTsv.
  Added entry for completebulkload.
  Added short entry on the Driver class (for MR jobs)
