configuration.xml

• adding entry in "recommended configs" about turning speculative execution off. This has come up enough times on the dist-list where it needs to be cited in the Config chapter. It was already in the MapReduce chapter, but I am adding to to config (and having the MR chapter link to the new section)

book.xml

• Adding xref to MapReduce chapter to new specex config entry in Config chapter.
