Description

There is currently a single case study in Troubleshooting I added a few weeks ago, and now there are several other candidates worthy of adding. Case Studies needs to be a chapter of it's own.

• Moving the existing case study currently in Troubleshooting to this new chapter.
• Adding 3 other sections for links that have come up recently on the dist-list.
• Changed existing links in the RefGuide to point to the new chapter.
