Description

We currently have major versions 0 and 1. The HBase checksum patch introduces minor version 0 and 1. Then the columnar HFileBlock might introduce yet another disk format version. We need a simple but elegant framework to test the compatibility of code with all these disk format versions. We also want to do this without much code duplication in TestHFileBlockCompatibility.
