    Description

      HBASE-4455 fixed region server rolling restart scenario where ROOT and .META. regions could become invisible in AssignmentManager point of view.
      This JIRA would create integration test(s) that simulate the above scenario and verify that the fix in HBASE-4455 indeed works.
