Description

hbase-*-tests.jar is located in https://repository.apache.org/content/groups/public/org/apache/hbase/hbase/0.89.0-SNAPSHOT/hbase-*-tests.jar. It would be nice if this is relocate to hbase-tests for other maven projects to utilize MiniHbaseCluster for testing purpose.
