Description

The TestRemoteTable.testLimitedScan was originally added in HBASE-24267 for 3.0.0-alpha-1 but with the backport of HBASE-27401 the test was added to branch-2.4, branch-2.5, and branch-2 where the limit support is not available.

This causes test failure on these branches.
