Description

The Apache Whimsy tool includes an automated checker on if projects are following foundation guidance for web sites:

https://whimsy.apache.org/site/project/hbase

out of 10 checks, we currently have 5 green, 4 red, and 1 orange.

The whimsy listing gives links to relevant policy and explains what it's looking for.
