The ref guide defines a "Cluster Key" needed to add an hbase cluster as a replication peer

CLUSTER_KEY: composed using the following template, with appropriate place-holders:

hbase.zookeeper.quorum:hbase.zookeeper.property.clientPort:zookeeper.znode.parent

the Master UI has all of the pieces displayed currently, but it should include a single field that operators can copy/paste.
