Release Note

Add the following tests for DisabledWALProvider
1) TestAcidGuaranteesWithDisabledWALProvider: run the acid test with DisabledWALProvider
2) TestFromClientSideWithDisabledWALProvider: similar with TestFromClientSide but it use the DisabledWALProvider
3) TestFromClientSide3WithDisabledWALProvider: similar with TestFromClientSide3 but it use the DisabledWALProvider

Description

TestFromClientSide3 fails with DisabledWALProvider. If no use case exists for DisabledWALProvider, we can just remove it.

Any suggestions?
