org.junit.runners.model.TestTimedOutException: test timed out after 300000 milliseconds
	at org.apache.hadoop.hbase.client.TestAdmin2.testCheckHBaseAvailableWithoutCluster(TestAdmin2.java:573)

It seems this started hanging after ~~HBASE-19313~~
