Description

For Incremental and Full Backups job names should be set correctly. It would make the debug and monitoring better.

Current :
incremental -> WALPlayer_1506332227619
ExportSnapshot-snapshot_1506323760362_default_t1

Proposed :
incremental -> Backup_Incremental_<backupId>_<table_name>
Full -> Backups_Full_<backupID>_<table_name>
