Description

It's been noticed TestFailWithException (i.e. in async-rpc-retrying-test.cc) and/or FailWithExceptionFromRegionLocationLookupSplitRegions(i.e. in async-batch-rpc-retrying-test.cc) fails occasionally if run in a batch or individually, e.g.

buck test --no-cache --no-results-cache --all

buck test --no-cache --no-results-cache //core:retry-test

buck test --no-cache --no-results-cache //core:multi-retry-test
