Description

Now we have plugins on a write path and we need to expose this information to client on a read path through some filter - based API in a RegionScanner. Only Server-side code (coprocessors) is going to be supported. Coprocessor can specify specific StoreFileFilter implementation, which will get access to StoreFile meta section. This filter will be used during store file scanner selection.
