Description

ExportSnapshot preserves attributes of `data`-files
but not snapshot's files.

It cause a problems:

• delete exported snapshot (is owned by another user);
• create a new snapshot in case if first snapshot was exported, so
  `.hbase-snapshot` directory has been created and owned by another user.
