    Description

      Besides failing many times on the prebuild TestRegionRebalance fails on my local machine eventually simply with
      export RUNNIN=true; mvn clean install -DskipTests ; while ($RUNNIN) ; do mvn test -Dtest=TestRegionRebalancing || RUNNIN=false;done
