Release Note

Adds three options:

 valueSize Allows specifying value size
 valueRandom When set, we'll generate values of random size up maximum of valueSize
 period Period at which we report (when writing a bunch, might not report for an hour at a time).

Description

Allow PE to write random value sizes. Helpful mimic'ing 'real' sizings.
