clone_snapshot command prints wrong name upon error

      hbase> clone_snapshot 'snapshot', 'existing_table_name'

      ERROR: Table already exists: snapshot!

        Actually let me close this again, it's possible I launched the shell out of dirs for 0.98.0. Will check at next opportunity.

        This isn't fixed in 0.98 (at least), I found it while testing the RC.

        Andrew Purtell This is fixed as part of HBASE-10533 in all the branches. hence closing as duplicate.

        hbase(main):001:0> clone_snapshot 'mySnap','SYSTEM.CATALOG'
        
        ERROR: Table already exists: SYSTEM.CATALOG!
