Description

The binary and source download links are broken.

For example, the following does not work:

http://apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/incubator/hawq/2.3.0.0-incubating/apache-hawq-rpm-2.3.0.0-incubating.tar.gz

It should be

http://apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/hawq/2.3.0.0-incubating/apache-hawq-rpm-2.3.0.0-incubating.tar.gz

(i.e. drop /incubator/ from URL)

The sig and has links are OK.
