Description

Once we achieve the target of make rpm package from pre-build binary tarball, we should be able to make HAWQ rpm package from source code tarball too.

1. We should have a default compile option for the build, and user can define the compile options by themselves.
2. Add build requires.
3. Add make options to build and collect all HAWQ/PXF/Ranger rpm packages.
