Description

The contents of the "book" branch are tied, via the subnav, to the main documentation source. Keeping this configuration in a separate branch makes it difficult/impossible to keep the subnav and docs in synch for branching, tagging, etc. for specific Apache HAWQ releases.

We should put the "book" contents alongside the main source, and update the README as necessary so it's easier/cleaner to build the docs.
