Description

During the Apache HAWQ 2.0.0.0-incubator review (guided by Apache project mentor Roman Shaposhnik), we identified inconsistencies with LICENSE file.

• Moved sections covered by PostgreSQL License to appropriate section
• Add simplejson license
• Add PyYAML license
• Add sha2 license
• Remove unneeded license files covered by PostgreSQL License
• Synchronize the component order in LICENSE and pom.xml. This helps in the IP review.
