Description

A work in progress for including FindBugs integration into the class library builds.

This is a prototype, not ready for committing, but fit for some comments back. Next steps are to pull the target up to the general level so we can run FindBugs across all modules – this is just an example on luni.

Note that the rules were copied in from http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/harmony/standard/tools/FindBugs/ which is not my work.
