[classlibadapter] System.setOut/setErr implementation

    Description

      Thought I'd check out Ivan's excellent work (HARMONY-483), I tried running the luni tests, but they fail because junit calls System.setOut/setErr which weren't implemented. I'll attach a patch with a simple implementation. After applying the patch, the test run giving a pretty impressive 15.64% success.
