[buildtest][eut] comment 2 jdtdebug tests until Lazy Resolution is implemented

    Description

      According to HARMONY-5322 there are jdtdebug tests which produces the dialogs during EUT3.3 run on x86_64 because of lack of Lazy Resolution for this arch.

      As a result the jdtdebug suite hangs, killed by timeout and reported as crashed. Still most of the jdtdebug tests (550+ tests) can be successfully run on this platform and used for regression tracking.

      Ok, until the Lazy Resolution is implemented the decision is to comment these dependent tests. The patch is attached.
