java.util.Scanner is not implemented in Harmony

      Description

      The java.util.Scanner is required to compile rmi module, but it is not implemented yet in Harmony. Because Scanner is a not a small class, I'll attach a skeleton at first to move things forward, and then attach the "real" patch to implement the feature.
