      Description

      [concurrent] module should be internationalized with the scheme suggested in HARMONY-1308 issue.

      (This should probably also be added to HARMONY-1308.)

        Andrew,

        You should not expect to see this happen, as we take the concurrency code directly from Doug Lea's repository and we will not make such changes to our dependencies. I'll leave this open as we do implement just one type in concurrent, and I guess we could internationalize that one type – but it seems pointless to do just one.

        It seems unreasonable to keep this open on the Harmony side. Let's just close it and be done with it.
