      Description

      Hello,

J2SE5 Enhancement: Two proxy related new methods in class java.net.URL and java.net.URLStreamHandler, which have not been implemented on Harmony yet.
      They are:
java.net.URL: public URLConnection openConnection(Proxy proxy) throws IOException
      java.net.URLStreamHandler: protected URLConnection openConnection(URL u, Proxy p) throws IOException

      I'll upload a patch soon.
