[HARMONY-2362] hythr libraries should be moved to VM directories

Description

Differen VMs can not work with the same threading library. This prevents us from easy VM switching by launcher parameters and creates other troubles.

We agreed on dev list that threading libraries should be moved to VM directories. In this case they will not interfere.
