Description

Per discussion on HADOOP-8809, now that Bigtop is TLP and supports Hadoop v2 let's remove the Hadoop packaging from trunk and branch-2. We should remove it anyway since it no longer part of the build post mavenization, was not updated post MR1 (there's no MR2/YARN packaging) and is not maintained.
