Hadoop-1.0.3 didnt publish sources.jar to maven

    Description

      on search.maven.org, only the JAR and POM for hadoop was published. Sources.jar should also be published. This helps developers who are writing on top of hadoop, it allows their IDE to provide fully seamless and integrated source browsing (and javadoc) without taking extra steps.
