Description

ReduceTask.ValueIterator should apply job configuration to Configurable values. This is similar to the way it's done in ipc.Client.Connection.run().

Some classes in Nutch (such as FetcherOutput and ParseData) rely on this behavior, and if it's not set an NPE is thrown.
