Description

When you try to "close" the staging repository to make it visible to the public the operation fails (see https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDFS-1292?focusedCommentId=12909953&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels%3Acomment-tabpanel#action_12909953 for the type of error).
