Description

After new version of AspectJ jar files were introduces by HADOOP-6395 patch Common and HDFS builds are broken

compile-fault-inject:
  [taskdef] Could not load definitions from resource org/aspectj/tools/ant/taskdefs/aspectjTaskdefs.properties. It could not be found.
     [echo] Start weaving aspects in place
