[HADOOP-3983] compile-c++ should honor the jvm size in compiling the c++ code

Description

The build scripts for compile-c++ and compile-c++ -examples should honor the word size of the jvm, since it is in the platform name. Currently, the platform names are "Linux-amd64-64" or "Linux-i386-32", but the C++ is always compiled in the platform default size.
