fuse-dfs should access hdfs as the client user

    Description

      Users accessing hdfs mount through fuse-dfs do so as the user running fuse_dfs executable. In this case, it would be better to run fuse-dfs as some privileged user, and use separate connections to the hdfs for each client user accessing the mount.
