Unit test fails on Windows: TestDatanodeBlockScanner

I see this assertion:
junit.framework.AssertionFailedError
at org.apache.hadoop.dfs.TestDatanodeBlockScanner.testBlockCorruptionPolicy(TestDatanodeBlockScanner.java:201)

and this in the standard error:
