Save the configuration of completed/failed jobs and make them available via the web-ui.

    Description

      Today we only have the ability to inspect the configuration of currently running jobs via jobdetails.jsp. It would greatly aid in debugging if we could also see it for completed/failed jobs via jobdetails.jsp and also via JobHistory.
