Major Description
We currently use Google Analytics (https://github.com/apache/hadoop-site/blob/asf-site/layouts/partials/footer.html#L37) in the website but it's not recommended.
Also we should link the Privacy Policy to https://privacy.apache.org/policies/privacy-policy-public.html instead of Hadoop's one https://hadoop.apache.org/privacy_policy.html
