Missing DistCpOptions constructor breaks downstream DistCp projects in 3.0

    Description

      Post HADOOP-14267, the constructor for DistCpOptions was removed and will break any project using it for java based implementation/usage of DistCp. This JIRA would track next steps required to reconcile/fix this incompatibility.
