Description

A long time ago, HADOOP-9342 removed jline from being included in the Hadoop distribution. Since then, more modules have added Zookeeper, and are pulling in jline again.

Recommend excluding jline from the main Hadoop pom in order to prevent subsequent additions of Zookeeper dependencies from doing this again.
