[HADOOP-14039] ADLS should differentiate integration tests from contract tests

Description

Explore the necessity and possibility to differentiate integration tests from filesystem contract tests in live unit tests. Currently property test.fs.adl.name points to the test store used by all live unit tests. In comparison, hadoop-aws uses test.fs.s3a.name for integration tests and fs.contract.test.fs.s3a for filesystem contract tests.

If we extend AdlStorageContract from AbstractBondedFSContract, then fs.contract.test.fs.%s must be used.
